Mr. Moirano has over forty-five years of experience in the healthcare industry. He started his career in pharmaceutical sales with Ayerst Laboratories. After that he spent 22 years in sales and sales management in the diagnostic industry with Organon Teknika and Roche Diagnostics.

Mr. Moirano then moved to The Genesis Group, a consulting companying dealing with the pharmaceutical and diagnostic industries. Here he acquired his understanding and experience in the consulting business which led to his move to Wolters Kluwer Health in 2001. Here he was responsible for creating its competitive intelligence consulting business. This eventually led to the formation of inThought in 2009 as the consulting arm of Wolters Kluwer Health. inThought Research LLC formed a stand-alone company in May 2014. Mr. Moirano earned his Bachelor of Science from Fordham University.
