Dr. Lucas joined the inThought Research in 2020, and prior to inThought, Dr. Lucas was an FDA Fellow at Avalere Health. Dr. Lucas earned her PhD in Neuroscience from Northwestern University and her B.Sc. in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Michigan State University. Her dissertation research focused on characterizing intrinsically photosensitive retinal ganglion cells (ipRGCs) during retinal development. During the final year of her PhD, Dr. Lucas interned at Northwestern’s Innovation and New Ventures Office (INVO), assessing university technology.
