Dr. Ingles joined inThought after conducting postdoctoral research in antibiotic resistance at the University of South Florida. She earned her PhD in Microbiology and Molecular Genetics at Emory University in Atlanta where she identified areas of intervention to prevent chronic lung infections in people with cystic fibrosis (CF) as an NIH Ruth L. Kirschstein Predoctoral Fellow. While at Emory, Dr. Ingles was a member of the Emory Biotech Consulting Club (EBCC) and completed a consulting internship performing conference coverage and developing a market plan for technology being developed by an Emory investigator.
