Dr. White earned her PhD from the Interdisciplinary Biological Sciences Graduate Program at Northwestern University and her B.A. in Biology from Amherst College. Her dissertation work focused on understanding how contact between organelles contributes to the maintenance of organelle function and cellular fitness through the study of a mitochondria-plasma membrane tether.

Prior to interning at inThought, Ms. White participated in the Management for Scientists and Engineers Certificate Program at the Kellogg School of Management. Subsequently, she worked as an intern for Northwestern’s Innovation and New Ventures Office (INVO), where she evaluated university technologies for patentability, marketability, and commercialization.
