Dr. Luby began work for the inThought team in 2022. Prior to inThought, he worked for a medical diagnostics start-up working in business development and product strategy for their nanoparticle-based diagnostic device. Dr. Luby received his Ph.D. from the University of Toronto in Biomedical Engineering, where he developed a novel mechanism of action for a fluorescence-based microRNA sensor. He received his B.Sc. in Biochemistry from McGill University in Montréal, focusing specifically on organic chemistry, pharmacology, and oncology.
