Dr. Czajkowski joined the inThought team full-time in 2024, after working for inThought as a Research Analyst for 1.5 years. She earned her PhD in Interdisciplinary Biological Sciences from Northwestern University and earned her B.S. in Biology from the University of New Mexico—Albuquerque. Her dissertation research focused on understanding mechanisms of spindle formation and chromosome segregation in female reproductive cells. While at Northwestern, Dr. Czajkowski earned a Certificate in Management for Scientist and Engineers from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern.

Dr. Czajkowski works in a variety of therapeutic areas including GI, oncology, immunology, neurology, endocrine disease, and has a passion for and expertise in reproductive biology.
